Duane J. Brazil
| FOUNDER & CEO
At just 18 years old, Duane founded a farming company that grew from a small greenhouse seedling operation into a nationwide enterprise employing over 400 people. The company managed field growing, packing, trucking, and distribution of produce across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, becoming one of the largest operations of its kind in the country. In 1999, Duane successfully sold the company, marking a significant milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.
Eighteen years later, Duane transitioned into Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Investments, discovering his true calling. Within just two years, he made a name for himself in the Manufactured Home Community sector, delivering impressive returns and building a reputation for excellence. To date, Duane has successfully transacted over $2 billion in commercial and Manufactured Home Community assets.

Heather’s professional background has equipped her with the ability to navigate diverse client needs and foster meaningful relationships with both property owners and tenants. Her dedication to clear communication and efficient support ensures smooth operations and client satisfaction across every interaction.
Working closely with management and operational teams, Heather is committed to delivering exceptional service while contributing to the ongoing success of Community Equity Group.

Dylan Brazil

Dylan played a key role in facilitating over $300 million in real estate transactions nationwide. Before joining Community Equity Group, Dylan served as an Investment Advisor at Taylor Street Advisors, a leading real estate advisory firm specializing in investment sales, property management, financing, consulting, and distressed asset turnaround.
With a deep understanding of the mobile home park and multifamily apartment markets, Dylan combines market expertise and unwavering dedication to deliver exceptional results and maximize value for his clients.
Giovanna Brazil

Giovanna Brazil serves as Chief Operating Officer at CEG, overseeing tenant relations, property operations, compliance, and day-to-day management across the company's portfolio of manufactured housing communities and real estate assets.She plays a key role in ensuring communities operate efficiently while maintaining a positive experience for residents, owners, and investment partners.
Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and people-first approach, Giovanna works closely with residents, vendors, and team members to support CEG commitment to exceptional service and long-term value creation.
Outside of work, Giovanna enjoys fitness, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
Pierce Brazil

Pierce Brazil is a Senior Advisor at CEG, where he plays a key role in the acquisition, disposition of manufactured housing communities, RV resorts nationwide. Combining hands-on experience with a modern approach, Pierce helps clients identify opportunities and execute successful strategies across a diverse range of markets.
